outlook for the 2018 salmon fishing Season
Chinook salmon will be in abundance all the way through the year. By mid June the coho salmon arrive and we are catching them through the end of September. Pink salmon is usually good in the odd number years, so we won't have too many opportunities at them. Sockeye salmon have a 4 year lifecycle and are expected to return in big numbers in August through mid September. Ear;y predctions indicate that we will have up to 40million sockeye returning to the Fraser River. Book early to take advantage of this amazing fishery.
